INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSE STAFF INSTRUCTOR (IDC STAFF INSTRUCTOR)

After achieving your PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating, the next step is to become an Instructor Development Course Staff Instructor.  This level will allow you to train up to PADI Assistant Instructor.  The IDCS training is conducted in conjunction with the PADI Instructor Development Course.
