Pam Balash, PADI Course Director #12748, receives a 25 Year Course Director recognition award from James Morgan, Vice President of Training for PADI. Pam has taught Instructor Training Courses at St.Thomas Diving Club since 1984 . Pam has served as a staff Instructor at PADI

International College and was appointed by PADI as a District Course Director and IE Coordinator for the Virgin Islands in 1989 and been serving in that capacity ever since.
