Meet your Course Director:

Pam Balash, with a proven track record of over 25 years experience training instructors in the Virgin Islands, knows the resort dive industry.  Pam has trained many of the dive store owners, managers and instructors in the U.S.V.I.  Pam was formerly on staff at the PADI International College in Santa Ana, CA., and has been appointed by PADI as District Course Director and IE Coordinator for the USVI since 1989.
