Six miles offshore you will find a large rock rookery for seasonal and resident sea birds. The small island rises four hundred feet above sea level and plunges to over one hundred feet underwater to the south. The Pinnacle is on the south side of the island and here you will often find pelagic visitors such as king mackeral, tuna, and amberjack. Look out for spotted eagle rays and black tip reef sharks. Swim through the crack in the top of the seamount and local legend says it will bring you good luck. January through May you can hear the visiting humpback whales singing. Depth: 110' Experienced divers only!
