The ocean was flat calm and we were able to get to French Cap.  The first dive was on the Ledges and we enjoyed 150' visibility that day.  We ran into a large 5' Nurse Shark under a ledge.  The second dive was at the Cathedral.  Lots of Copper Sweepers wee in the tunnel leading to the back of the cavern.  When the sunlight shines through the crack in the rock, it is so beautiful.  The little bit of surge that day gave us a fun ride out of the tunnel.  The dive lasted an hour and we didn't want to come up!
