Thank you for your interest in booking a dive trip with St. Thomas Diving Club!
To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your service. This deposit is 90% refundable up to 7 days prior to the first day of diving. Any cancellations within the 7 day window will forfeit 50% of the total service. If you fail to check-in on the first day of diving or cancel within 24 hours of the first dive, you will be held responsible for the entire amount due.
If you are traveling on a cruise ship and your ship doesn't make port in St. Thomas, you will be refunded 90% of the 50% deposit (100% of all money paid above and beyond the deposit) no matter when the port change occurs.
If we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen events, you will be refunded all monies we have received at that point.
All refunds will be given in the manner that it was received; if you paid by credit card, we will refund that card only.
