Rescue Diver

As a PADI Rescue Diver you will be trained to build self-awareness making diving a safer, more enjoyable activity. This valuable experience heightens your awareness in emergency events, your surroundings and the environment. Skills and knowledge gained throughout the rescue diver course will make your confidence as a diver soar.

The course consists of knowlege development, in-water practice exercises and rescue scenarios.  The couse can be conducted over two days with the first morning consisting of acadmic review, and the afternoon working on rescue techniques.  The second day will continue practice in the morning and in the afternoon you will be putting everything you've learned together to perform diver rescues from start to finish. The course is physically and mentally demanding but the best thing you can do to increase your confidence and awareness as a diver.

Requirements: 12 years of age or older, Advanced open water certification, current cpr/first aid within the last 24 months.
