    Peak Performance Buoyancy

You've seen those divers,  they move effortlessly though the water and never seem to kick up any sand or touch anything and it doesn't look like they're doing anything! Diving isn't supposed to feel like work and maybe it's time to learn a few tricks to help you get closer to the goal of just being in the water. Proper weighting and trimming out your kit will move you a few steps closer, learning how to control your breathing is another step and then being able to practice will put the polish on your buoyancy skills.

    Requirements: Basic open water certification
